How our auto glass claim service works

• Report your auto glass claim to 1-877-4CLAIMS6 (1-877-425-2466). We have a representative available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• A customer service representative will take all the necessary claim information to set up your claim.
• If you have not chosen a glass shop to complete the repair or replacement, our customer service representative can provide you with a list of several auto glass shops within our auto glass repair service network.
• If you choose a repair shop within the network, the shop is authorized to begin work immediately.

Choosing an auto glass facility
Your independent agent or Travelers of Massachusetts representative can also provide a listing of shops with driving directions available for many locations. For your convenience, repairs can be completed at your home or office.

We have expanded our preferred provider network to better serve your needs.
 

Of course, we respect your right to choose your own glazier and we will pay reasonable and customary rates for work done outside of our preferred provider network.

Warranty information
Our approved auto glass providers offer a national warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Chips and dings
If you are a Travelers policyholder and have a chip or ding that does not require replacement of the glass, Travelers of Massachusetts will waive your deductible and the repair will be completed free-of-charge.
